These terms of service govern your use of Horizon, a decentralized exchange platform built on the XRP Ledger. By accessing or using the platform, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before trading tokens, NFTs, or other digital assets.

Horizon provides tools for decentralized trading including token swaps, copy trading, DCA orders, token sniping, AMM liquidity pools, and NFT marketplace features. All trades are executed directly on the XRP Ledger and are subject to the network consensus rules and transaction finality.

Users are solely responsible for securing their own wallets, private keys, and credentials. Horizon does not have custody of your funds at any time and cannot reverse transactions once they are confirmed on the XRP Ledger. You acknowledge the inherent risks involved in trading digital assets.

Trading digital assets involves significant risk including price volatility, potential loss of funds, smart contract risks, and market manipulation. Past performance of any token or trader does not guarantee future results. Only trade with funds you can afford to lose.
